I felt like I was treading water, just kept hitting walls and I just could not figure out what was going on. Zach’s coaching has really challenged me to push, to be more open, to focus, and my confidence has grown so much. Having a plan, knowing where I want to go, breaking things into smaller steps so they don't seem so overwhelming, all of those things have just been amazing. I don't know.
