My methodology is based on resonance. There’s nothing worse than being in a room with conversations that don't apply. With 10 years of coaching experience, I’m able to intuitively see where you’re being incongruent and I’m able to coach you on how to trust your intuition again. I’m able to facilitate this successfully because the cohorts are only 15 people or less in order to keep the intimacy, trust, and relationship building a focus of our year.

Being a part of masterminds that facilitate my own own growth, I also know the power of the group. Sometimes information lands differently when you hear it a different way.
My 10-year old daughter, Sophie, loves musicals, and in the summer we enrolled her into a week long musical theater camp. You could imagine my excitement as I picked her up that first day after camp.
